How should I use the face oil?
Is it vegan?
Yes, it's only made with plant-based oils.
What is your return policy?
If you opened the product within the 10 days of purchasing and aren't happy with it... no worries, just let us know what you didn't like about it and we will issue you in-store credit (to be used online or at one of our stores). And you don't need to return the product to us.
If the product was never opened or used, within 30 days of purchasing, just send an email to orders@lemonlaine.com and once we receive the item back from you, we will issue you a full refund onto the original card used at purchase. Once you email us, we will send you a free return label for you to send the item back to us.
What's the difference between the Botanical Bounce Face Oil and the custom Face Oil at the Oil Bar?
The Botanical Bounce has 14 organic botanicals in each bottle. It's the ultimate Oil Bar blend that works well for all skin types. If you'd like to customize your blend and make it unique to you skin concerns and aroma preference, you can book an appointment at in-house Oil Bar.
How long will a bottle last?
If you use once a day, it should last about 2-3 months depending on how many drops you use.
What are you favorite tips for someone that's never used a face oil before?
We always say to combine it with your current moisturizer or serum. Just add a few drops and your skin will soak it right up.
Will the oil make my skin more oily?
Not at all. Oil in skincare has a bad wrap but a high quality oil that mimics the pH balance of your skin (like ours does)-- it soaks right in. Plus, we like to say that it helps your skin feel more balanced and soothed so it doesn't over produce more oil. Kinda like a nice, cozy blanket.
