Can I shop online without being a member?
Does it automatically renew annually?
Yes. Members pay $100 once a year to access all membership benefits. If you do not cancel upon the end of the first year, the cycle will automatically renew and you will be charged again.
Do I get the $75 product credit every year I'm a member?
Yes! Your $75 credit will show up in your account as points that you'll access once you log into your account online. You can also use these points at checkout in-store as well. Just provide your email address at checkout and we'll apply them to your transaction.
Do members get early access to purchase event tickets?
Yes! This is one of the best parts. You will have first access to all events at the shop!
Can I still be a Club member if I live out-of-state?
Of course! It's a great way to continue to shop small. We have members in over 40 states across the country.
How does the 5% back work?
You will earn 5% back in points on every transaction you make in-stores or online as a Club member. So that means for every $100, you'll have $5 to use on any future purchase. You can access your points anytime in your Club account once you sign-in.
How do I redeem my complimentary face oil?
Once you're signed into your account, your first order will be automatically flagged for us to include your Face Oil gift. If shopping in-stores for the first time, our team will be able to hand your gift to you directly. You can only redeem your Face Oil gift once per year. If you love it, you can always buy the full size :)
Do I have to pay for shipping when becoming a Club member?
Shipping is a $5 flat rate for Club members. And if you spend over $200, it's free!
How do I redeem my points?
Log-in to your Club account and go to the Points section. Copy the unique code for the $ amount of points you'd like to use. Apply this code at checkout. If you want to use your points in store, just provide your email address at checkout and our team will take care of it from there.

How do I cancel my Club membership?
We're sorry to see you go. You can email club@lemonlaine.com and our team will cancel that for you. And if you change your mind, you know where to find us!
