How to use

  • Store away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. For long-term storage, refrigeration is recommended.
  • Shelf life: 6 months if unopened and refrigerated. After opening, it is recommended to drink up as soon as possible within 2-3 weeks.
  • Directions: 1) Heat water in a kettle until you see steam rising; this temperature will be around 180°F, which is well below boiling. Turn off the heat. 2) Pour approximately ½ cup of the hot water into a matcha bowl to warm it up. Soak the tea whisk in the hot water to soften it, then discard the water and dry the bowl's interior. 3) Using a tea scoop, measure out 3 scoops (about 1 teaspoon) of sifted matcha powder and place it into the warmed bowl. 4) Add about ¼ cup (2 ounces) of hot water. 5) Utilize the tea whisk to blend the matcha powder with the water, starting with slow, back-and-forth motions, then whisk vigorously to create a frothy mixture. 6) Rinse the scoop and whisk. 7) Now, sip and savor your delicious matcha.
