How to apply

Hydrate your lips, day or night. As with all CLEARSTEM products, it has multiple benefits and uses (you deserve that!) Use when your lips need that extra hydration throughout the day. For an extra hydrating lip mask, apply a thick layer, let sit for 5 minutes, then wipe off the excess, and apply lipliner or lipstick. Apply to cuticles for a hydrating cuticle treatment.
