Sunday, July 26th | 11:00 PM - 1:00 PM | Lemon Laine Nashville

Lunch Period is a warm, welcoming gathering designed for moms and their preteen and teen daughters to explore one of life's most significant milestones together — the first period.

Hosted at Lemon Laine Nashville in partnership with Cora Feminine Care, this monthly event brings together girls and their mothers in a relaxed, judgment-free environment where questions are celebrated and curiosity is welcome.

Led by the trusted voice of Dr. Margaret Buxton, each session is designed to take the awkward out of the conversation and replace it with confidence, connection, and a little fun.

Whether your daughter is just starting to wonder about what's ahead or you're looking for a way to open the dialogue together, Lunch Period meets you right where you are. Expect real talk about body changes, menstrual health, and what to expect — all wrapped in the kind of community that reminds both moms and daughters that they are never alone in this journey. Come as you are, leave feeling empowered.

If you're unable to attend this date, we will host this same class on the last Sunday of August (8/30) as well.

IMPORTANT TICKET INFO:

  • Each ticket covers attendance for both mother and daughter. If you would like to add an additional daughter, you can select that option for $10.
  • Lunch will be included. Please email us hello@lemonlaine.com know if you have any allergies or dietary preferences.
  • Each daughter will receive a complimentary Cora Period Kit + Bag.
