How to apply
Going Rouge Cream Blush & Lip can be used on bare skin using your fingers or a brush. You can also apply it sandwiched between foundation and powder to get a "blush from within" look that brightens and blurs the skin, without feeling heavy. If you feel that your makeup is looking too matte after foundation or powder, you can top it with your blush to bring back a more skin-like quality. Some shades can be used or correcting brighteners or sculpting bronzer. The formula is comfortable enough for your lips to pull together a monochromatic look.
