- Up against the Ventana Wilderness, there is a Redwood and Tanoak canyon that lies along the Big Sur Coast. It is home to local residents; makers, farmers, elders, children, builders who all consider it a very unique place. On the bottom of the canyon lies ferns, sorrel, and horsetail that grow beneath the old redwood trees. At certain windows of the day, the sunlight will peek its way through the tree canopy and grace the tops of the redwood cabin roofs. The coastal fog comes through thick at times along the tops of the mountains, but will soon break off and expose the red-tailed hawks and turkey vultures soaring above.
- Made in Monterey, California with 100% soy wax for an eco-friendly clean burn. We use lead-free cotton wicks and premium fragrance oils infused with essential oils. Their candles are vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate-free, and petroleum-free.

How to apply
When burning your candle for the first time, allow it to burn for 2 to 3 hours (but never more than 4), until the top layer of the wax has completely melted. This will prevent the wax from tunneling around the wick. Ideally, we recommend keeping the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch at all times to prevent the candle from emitting smoke or the wick falling into the wax.
