Can I sample products before I purchase?
Can I shop your online store if I am a non-member?
Yes! Our website is open for anyone to shop.
What is your return policy?
If you opened the product within the 10 days of purchasing and aren't happy with it... no worries, just let us know what you didn't like about it and we will issue you in-store credit (to be used online or at one of our stores). And you don't need to return the product to us.
If the product was never opened or used, within 30 days of purchasing, just send an email to orders@lemonlaine.com and once we receive the item back from you, we will issue you a full refund onto the original card used at purchase. Once you email us, we will send you a free return label for you to send the item back to us.
How do I cancel my Club Lemon Laine membership?
Yes, just email us at club@lemonlaine.com to let us know. Keep in mind that any membership fees paid are nonrefundable. However, you will still be able to use your $75 voucher for purchases.
How do I use my $75 Club membership credit?
The $75 credit you receive each year as part of being a member is facilitated through the issuance of 7,500 points (with each point representing 1 cent). To claim your $75 credit, go to to the rewards page click to claim your voucher, and then follow the prompts to use your voucher.
Note: you cannot use the $75 with any other discounts, and you can only use one voucher at one time (so we suggest you always select the largest voucher available to you at any given time). As always, if you have any questions you can text us, email us at club@lemonlaine.com or ask us through our concierge.
Do I need to be a member to visit your store in Nashville?
No, anyone and everyone is welcome to visit and shop in our stores in Nashville and Houston.
Do I get a $75 gift card each year or only when I first sign up?
You'll get $75 each year you're a member.
Can I collect and use loyalty points when I shop at Lemon Laine physical stores?
Yes to both. If in our stores in Nashville and Houston, just let a team-member know that you're a Club member at checkout so that you can redeem points for any purchase (and use any points that you had from prior purchases)!
Can I use my loyalty points on any product, or is it limited to certain items?
Yes, any and all products--no special 'loyalty stores' or anything like that. Your points are as good as cash.
How do I redeem my 5% cash back rewards?
If in our stores in Nashville and Houston, just let a team-member know you're a Club member and they can help you redeem at checkout. If online, just go to your profile and then click "Rewards".. then follow the instructions on the Rewards page to redeem. Only one voucher is redeemable per transaction, so we advise redeeming the largest voucher you're able to.
